ANR Signature Collection is excited to bring to your neighborhood a new residential development project. Designed by the architectural team of Rees Studio, the development consists of nine detached townhome-style single family dwellings with private garages, courtyards, roof decks, private gardens, and landscaping. The units are accessed by a shared common driveway that divides the nine residences into two collections of luxury homes, five located to the north and four to the south.
Each collection offers its own unique lifestyle approach, which provides the project with a unique character, and emphasizes aesthetics, and privacy. A combination of natural tones, textures and materials adds warmth and affluence to the neighborhood, without overpowering.
This project replaces six distressed rental properties across three parcels with significant deferred maintenance. It will provide a beautiful streetscape and enhance the value of all surrounding properties.

No, the contractors will use off-site parking as to not take away any parking spots from the community.
